We are looking to hire a VA to completely manage our shopping cart. The tasks that would be involved are placing clients accounts on hold and reactivating the accounts 1-5 months later, handling cancellations, and auto responders. Since most of our business is generated on a referral basis we are always having to stop billing or give them a 50% discount. We give our clients 1 free month for every 2 people they refer to us, and half price for every 1 person they refer to us. So basically for the most part, in addition to auto responders, and cancellations your job would be to place our clients billing on hold or charging them half of their regular monthly dues on a consistent basis. We are looking to hire someone immediately within the next day or two. Off the top of my head, I think we would be more interested in being on a monthly package instead of hourly. -Can you please provide us your prices, whether it be a monthly or hourly basis -What separates you from the other VA out there?
