TeamworkThis package is for solopreneurs who are experiencing a rapid growth of their business and are wondering if they should hire an assistant for the very first time. We will not only help you with your system, which is crucial to have to grow your business even faster, but also to implement the system as your virtual assistant team.

This package includes everything in the Package #1 plus:

Price: $729/month for minimum 3 months, including setting up procedures for all aspects of your administrative/marketing procedures, and up to 15 hours/month to actually handle administrative/marketing tasks.

As I really value working with my clients as their trusted advisor in a partnership instead of just taking care of “transactions”, minimum of 3-months commitment (initial setup & maintenance for the following months, for example) would be appreciated.


Email Marketing Setup & Maintenance


  • You pick a template and provide your logo (look & feel), and we will customize your newsletter design for you. $150/newsletter, one-time charge.
  • Once our customized template is done, we can also help you with putting your content in the newsletter and schedule the delivery, if you so choose. ($48 per issue)
  • We can assist you to create a series of autoresponders and web forms. Pricing varies depending on needs. Please contact us to discuss.
  • This service is provided for the users of Constant Contact, Aweber, iContact, and 1ShoppingCart.

WordPress setup


  • Want to change your website platform to WordPress that everybody seems to be talking about these days? We can help you. You purchase a designer theme (or choose from variety of free themes), and we will install the WordPress on your hosting site for you and copy the contents from your old website to the new WordPress site. Price varies depending on the needs, design, etc. Please contact us to find out more.

Social Media Assistance


  • We can post your events on Facebook, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and other event sites for you. We will provide you with a simple form that you can fill out with your event information. Basic posting service is $48 per event, including posting on 4 sites.
  • Let us help you create a buzz around your business through Facebook Fan Page! We can set up the Fan Page for your business. ($54 including inviting your FB friends to become your fan.)
  • Need help with getting started on Twitter? We can set up your Twitter profile, and design your customized background. $54 if you can provide your logo and any other images that you want included. Extra charges may apply if more than basic graphic work needs to be done or if you want us to link your profile with other tools/sites.

PR Assistance


  • Want to be a guest on a podcast or an Internet radio show? I can assist you with finding one that would fit your target market and pitching you. $48 per successful guest appearance.
  • We will monitor media requests such as HARO for you, and respond to appropriate requests initially on your behalf. Please contact us with your specific needs for pricing.
