What Is VA?

Not familiar with Virtual Assistance and Virtual Assistants? Not many people are, and you may also find different definitions of Virtual Assistance / Assistant out there, which could be confusing.

Here is the definition of VA by Assist University (AssistU), the leader in the VA training and referral services (and I wholeheartedly embrace this definition as a proud graduate of AssistU):

“Virtual Assistance is a fairly new administrative profession. The professionals are called Virtual Assistants, or VAs. VAs are micro business owners who provide administrative and possibly personal support while working in long-term collaborative relationships with only a handful of terrific clients. Using phone, fax, email, as well as other emerging technologies, VAs support their clients’ needs, across the board, without having to ever step foot inside the clients’ offices.”

The Benefits

Working with me as your VA comes with so many benefits, especially to solopreneurs. Consider these:

* You only pay for the hours you need
* No office space needs to be provided for a VA. *I* work from my home office.
* No equipment needs to be purchased, including computer hardware/software and telephone. As a VA, *I* provide them. (If you have any questions about the kind of hardware/software that I have, please contact me.)
* No need to deal with various employee issues. (And no need to hire a HR specialist to handle them.)
* No need to tackle with payroll and benefit issues. (And no need to hire a payroll/benefit specialist to handle them.)

And above all, I can be your fantastic business partner. I do not focus on piece work, but rather strive to provide solutions across the board for my clients.

Once a partnership is formed, your goal becomes my goal. Let me help grow your business TOGETHER.
